Office Angels is seeking a commercially driven Business Development & Growth Manager to grow hospital activity by recruiting consultant surgeons, generating patient enquiries, and building strong referral partnerships.

The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing a commercial pipeline, and driving revenue growth with a hybrid/flexible working model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, recruitment, marketing, or commercial growth.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Experience generating leads through digital and social media channels.
• Commercially minded, target-driven, and highly organised.
• Healthcare, aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, or private medical sector experience is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Recruit and develop relationships with consultant surgeons and specialists.
• Generate patient leads through digital marketing, social media, events, and partnerships.
• Build referral networks with healthcare professionals and businesses.
• Manage and track leads through the CRM system.
• Monitor lead conversion, marketing performance, and ROI.
• Identify new services and commercial growth opportunities.
• Produce regular reports on business development activity and results.
