Job summary

Acorn Training Ltd is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to drive growth in the designated region. You will build and maintain employer partnerships, manage new business opportunities, and help secure contract support for sustained growth.

You will lead lead generation, nurture relationships, and use CRM to forecast progress. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and results orientation, with a focus on meeting apprenticeship sales targets.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Customer service, business development, sales management, or equivalent qualification (essential).
• GCSE English and Maths at grade A*-C (essential).
• Full driving licence with access to a vehicle (essential).
• Level 4 Management qualification (desirable).
• IOSH Health and Safety qualification (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Promote Acorn Training's services and programmes.
• Develop partnerships with employers and stakeholders.
• Generate and manage a pipeline of opportunities and close sales.
• Maintain CRM records and daily forecasts.
• Attend regional networking events and represent the company.
