Job summary

Acorn Training Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Coordinator to support adult education delivery across the North West network. You will work with delivery teams, internal colleagues and external partners to ensure smooth coordination, clear communication and compliance with standards.

You will act as a central contact for partners, supporting relationship management, reporting, and operational delivery. This role focuses on growth, quality, and timely programme starts across multiple sites.

Qualifications

  • GCSE grade A*-C in English, Maths and ICT (Essential)
  • Relevant Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience (Essential)
  • Full driving licence (Essential)
  • Level 3 qualification in business, administration, education, or related area (Desirable)
  • Experience coordinating projects, delivery activity, or partnerships (Essential)
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders (Essential)
  • Evidence of working to targets and deadlines (Essential)
  • Experience in education, training, employability, or funded programmes (Desirable)
  • Experience with external delivery partners (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and equal opportunities (Essential)
  • Strong IT skills and data sharing capabilities (Essential)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities (Essential)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate programme delivery across multiple sites and partners to plan
  • Build positive relationships with external partners and internal teams
  • Be central contact for partner queries with timely responses
  • Support partner onboarding, induction and ongoing engagement
  • Coordinate delivery schedules, meetings, and region-wide communications
  • Monitor activity against targets, milestones and KPIs
  • Maintain records on partners, activity and performance data
  • Assist collection and submission of evidence and reports
  • Support audits and continuous improvement with quality teams
  • Contribute to partnership and delivery improvement plans
  • Foster collaboration between delivery, employer engagement and referrals
  • Attend partnership meetings and events representing the organisation
  • Identify new partnership opportunities for growth and impact
