Cambridge Healthcare Research is seeking an experienced Consultant to lead client projects and drive business development, while guiding consulting teams to deliver high-quality services. You will partner with clients to enable strategic decision-making and deliver impactful insights across therapy areas.

You will advance growth through new opportunities, stakeholder engagement, and internal capability building, in a hybrid London-based setting.

Qualifications

Masters or PhD in life sciences with domain expertise in oncology, immunology, CVRM or rare diseases.
Proven ability to lead profitable client projects and deliver value.
Strong engagement with clients to understand needs and win new business.
Ability to mentor teams and develop colleagues to deliver high-quality outputs.
Balance scientific depth with commercial acumen to reach revenue targets.
