Job summary

Lumanity in the United Kingdom seeks a Commercial Consulting Vice President to drive growth, lead consulting teams and nurture major client relationships. You will sell and oversee the delivery of large, complex healthcare marketing projects, while building high-performing teams across the portfolio.

You will shape service offerings, manage profitability, and mentor Principals to ensure exceptional client outcomes and sustained business growth within Lumanity Commercial Consulting.

Qualifications

• Ideally has a degree – preferably in biologic sciences and post-grad qualifications in management.
• Holds credible commercial, strategy and/or marketing experience that clients would pay for.
• Healthcare industry experience with either: minimum 3 years Commercial/ Marketing Director, Business Unit Head; or minimum 5 years strategy consultant (Principal Consultant level) with healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership, consulting through teams to deliver client goals.
• Owns significant client relationships, building wealth by monitoring profitability and focusing on new business.
• Lead account plans and all pipeline projects; manage Principals and consulting teams.
• Develop and retain talent to deliver sustained high quality work for Lumanity Commercial Consulting.
• Represent the company as a trusted advisor and build high-performing teams.
