Express Recruitment are currently supporting a Northwest Leicestershire MSP occupying growth in their team. The IT Business Development Manager will generate business with new and existing clients, delivering consultative support to ensure high retention and net revenue growth.

In return, you can expect a starting salary of up to £40,000 (negotiable) with an uncapped commission structure and expected earnings up to £70,000 per annum in the first years, plus other employee perks.

Qualifikationen

• Experience selling IT services to MSPs.
• Knowledge of hardware/telecom and cloud systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to tailor technical solutions to client needs.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Aufgaben

• Manage and build relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Develop new sales pipeline through leads, cold calling, and networking.
• Occasionally travel to client meetings and events.
• Provide detailed proposals, product demos, and consultations.
• Update CRM, prepare monthly reports, and forecast sales pipeline.
