Job summary

Nigel Wright Recruitment is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own the customer acquisition strategy across multiple digital channels. You will shape strategy, optimise performance and influence senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on in delivery.

Reporting into the Marketing Director, you’ll drive campaigns across paid, organic and owned channels, manage relationships with agencies, and work closely with sales and operations to align marketing activity with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or Performance Marketing role.
• Strong PPC expertise with ROI and revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of SEO strategy, technical SEO and content optimization.
• Experience managing acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute acquisition strategies across paid, organic, and owned channels.
• Lead PPC strategy and optimization across Google Ads and paid social.
• Own SEO performance, improving organic visibility, rankings, and website traffic.
• Drive customer acquisition across all digital channels, and improve lead generation and conversions.
• Manage agency and third-party relationships to maximise marketing effectiveness.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for data-led decisions.
• Align marketing activity with business objectives alongside commercial, sales and operations teams.
• Manage website performance, CRO initiatives and marketing technology platforms.
