Job summary

Nigel Wright Group is supporting a leading organisation in appointing a Digital Marketing Specialist. You will plan, execute and optimise digital acquisition campaigns across channels, reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager.

Work with marketing, analytics and agency partners to improve performance, strengthen customer journeys and increase conversions. The role offers exposure to performance marketing, SEO, analytics, CRO and AI-driven search opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a digital marketing, campaign marketing or performance marketing role.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content optimisation principles.
• Experience supporting paid social campaigns.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
• Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.

You'll work closely with marketing, digital experience, analytics and external agency partners to improve campaign performance, strengthen customer journeys and increase conversion across key audiences.

This role offers a broad remit, making it ideal for someone looking to develop expertise across performance marketing, SEO, analytics, CRO and AI search optimisation.

The Person:

• Experience in a digital marketing, campaign marketing or performance marketing role
