• 5+ years of high-impact experience in B2C user operations, growth, or consumer marketing.
• Proven Track Record in Growth: Verifiable experience of successfully designing and executing scalable user acquisition and lifecycle marketing campaigns that moved the needle on active users and revenue.
• Data-Driven DNA: Highly analytical mindset with the ability to independently leverage data tools.
• Extreme User Empathy: A deep, intuitive understanding of consumer psychology.
• Startup Mentality: Open-minded, exceptionally resilient, and possessing a high sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly to global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth Engine: Take full accountability for regional C2C user growth and revenue targets.
• Architect User Acquisition: Design, launch, and scale innovative user growth plans.
• Obsess Over the User Journey: Map, monitor, and relentlessly optimize the end-to-end user lifecycle.
• Execute High-Impact Campaigns: Conceptualize and drive online and offline marketing/promotional campaigns.
