Job summary

Remitly is seeking a regional Lead for its Ambassador Programme in Europe. You will own growth, health, and performance of the ambassador community, recruiting, onboarding and training ambassadors, and ensuring a high-quality base driving new customer acquisition and long-term remittance usage.

The role requires hands-on leadership, relationship-building, and collaboration with Legal/Compliance, Marketing, and Country Managers. Hybrid onsite Tue–Thu, with flexible in-market needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running community, affiliate, referral or field marketing programmes with performance-based objectives.
• Experience building and scaling new programmes from ground up in ambiguous environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to own metrics (NCA, active rate, CAC).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and train ambassadors across Europe.
• Manage and grow ambassador community; provide training, tools and local market knowledge.
• Maintain active and motivated ambassadors; attend events and provide on-the-ground support.
• Expand programme by recruiting in new markets and coordinating with marketing.
