Job summary

Gigs is building the operating system for mobile services, embedding global connectivity into platforms. The Growth team operates with high autonomy and cross-functional collaboration, reporting to the VP of Growth.

This role blends strategy, data, and execution to move fast and build impact across GTM, Customer Success, Implementation, and Marketing. You’ll own planning rhythms, drive AI-enabled improvements, and lead strategic initiatives, while navigating a complex, multi-market environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a demanding operational environment.
• Self-driven and relentlessly proactive.
• AI is part of your working stack.
• You can read the room and the data and translate findings into decisions.
• You're a generalist who goes deep across data, process, and strategy.
• High ownership, low ego; you manage multiple workstreams without dropping threads.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence of Growth, coordinating planning, reporting, and cross-functional work.
• Build playbooks, runbooks, and documentation to scale knowledge across regions.
• Own the data and reporting infrastructure to show what’s working and where to focus.
• Lead the AI and tooling stack to multiply team output.
• Drive strategic projects end-to-end from framing to shipping results.
• Keep the Growth function moving across multi-market and multi-product teams.
