First Call Contract Services is seeking a proactive New Business Development Manager to drive growth and build strong client relationships in the Southampton area. You will identify opportunities, prepare quotes and proposals, and liaise with internal teams to support service delivery.

Support marketing and publicity activities to raise the company profile.
Assist with costings and forecasting.
