Qualifications

• Proven track record of scaling a consumer-focused business and delivering substantial revenue growth.
• Experience owning multi-million-pound budgets, with a strong understanding of P&L, commercial performance and ROI.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition, including significant paid search investment.
• Strong sales expertise, including high-volume contact centre operations, conversion and sales performance.
• Ability to inspire, develop and challenge teams, building a high-performance culture with clear accountability.
• A data-led, commercially focused mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the strategy to scale the business towards £100m+ revenue.
• Drive commercial performance across sales, contact centre operations and digital marketing.
• Maximise returns from significant customer acquisition budgets, including multi-million-pound paid search investment.
• Develop the existing leadership team, attracting new talent and building the capabilities needed to support continued growth.
• Establish clear targets, accountability and performance measures across the business.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, customer acquisition, operational efficiency and profitability.
