Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in an accounting role with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with month-end processes and accounting controls.
• Capable of working within a small team and adapting to duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly management accounts preparation and reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Reconcile invoices, expenses and financial data to ensure accuracy.
• Credit control, sales ledger and purchase ledger duties.
• Maintain and update financial records in line with policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to verify financial information.
• Assist in preparing reports for senior management and external parties.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handle cash and banking tasks and VAT returns.
