Job summary

Domestic & General are seeking an Operations Excellence Analyst for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract in the United Kingdom. The role supports Growth Markets Operations with governance, process documentation and audit remediation while enabling scalable operations across EU markets.

You will lead governance forums, risk management and operational resilience initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and traveling to growth market locations as required.

Qualifications

• The ability to work across multiple complex workstreams, including audit remediation, governance design, risk & controls, complaints oversight, business continuity and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Growth Markets Operations improvements. Own the maintenance and continuous improvement of process documentation, version control and governance documentation.
• Drive the successful delivery of audit remediation activities and the closure of audit actions within agreed timelines.
• Establish and embed an operational change management framework for new products, customer journeys and process changes.
• Lead operational readiness activities across key stakeholder groups and design governance frameworks, including forums, controls, reporting and oversight.
