Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in London is seeking a detail‑oriented analyst for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract within the Operational Innovations team. You will partner with initiative owners and project managers to accelerate operational improvements, deploy digital tools, and support end‑to‑end process redesign across the firm.

The role focuses on data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and clear communications to large, multi‑national teams.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent – ideally in a business related subject.
• Experience working in a multi-national or large scale environment.
• Data analysis – strong data analysis skills, able to communicate key insights effectively.
• Curiosity and focus on continuous development, learning.
• Creativity and openness to new approaches, digital tools, Agile methodologies.
• Project and Program Management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide content support, research, analyses, or documentation to support project management and accelerate improvement initiatives.
• Deliverables could include business improvement plans, process design, effective communication & engagement plans, implementation plans or supporting analyses; distill key insights for presentations.
• Identify potential investments and/or process improvements to accelerate BCG’s digital and operational development; define end-state processes and models.
• Support on-the-ground implementation of Change initiatives including enabling impacted users and doing change impact analysis.
• Translate project objectives and change needs into employee communications and campaigns using various channels.
• Track project success and progress; ensure projects stay on course, on time and within budget; meet objectives and KPIs.
• Assist in developing senior management reporting and broader communications with analyses and documentation.
