Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills enabling effective liaison with senior Nomura management.
• Effective prioritisation with ability to highlight key dependencies.
• AI skills (preferred) / PowerBI (preferred) / Excel skills (required) / PowerPoint (required).
• Ability to work within extended onshore/offshore teams and drive process improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of EMEA finance processes for the Service Management function.
• Act as SME to internal stakeholders; assist with resolution of exceptions and operational risk events.
• Compile and review daily KRIs and KPIs via dashboards for Operations Management.
• Coordinate with teams in Powai, India to resolve issues and build networks.
• Participate in key projects and drive delivery with stakeholders.
• Perform Client Money reviews and substantiation; support BCP/RTR coverage.
