Job summary

myenergi is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead planning, coordination and delivery of marketing activity across Great Britain. Translate commercial priorities into integrated campaigns for awareness, demand, installer engagement and product adoption.

The role requires developing annual plans, defining KPIs, and partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing and Distribution Partners to drive growth and measurable results across zappi chargers, libbi BESS, eddi Solar

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in a marketing management role, ideally within technology, energy, renewables, automotive, consumer electronics or another commercially driven sector
• Demonstrated success in developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing activity and outcomes
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing programmes, including digital marketing, CRM, email marketing, social media, communications, events and partner marketing
• Proven ability to work closely with Sales teams to support lead generation, pipeline development, customer engagement and commercial growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy & commercial planning, translating objectives into market activity
• Develop integrated plans across consumer, installer, distributor and business segments
• Identify opportunities to increase awareness, engagement and profitable growth
• Define marketing objectives, KPIs and performance measures
• Act as key marketing partner to MD and Sales with strategic insight
• Own sales enablement requirements and programmes, develop toolkits and collateral
• Lead market activation for new products and initiatives, coordinate go-to-market plans
• Develop channel & installer marketing and measure ROI
• Oversee social media strategy and audience targeting
• Coordinate installer/customer/partner engagement initiatives
• Define and monitor marketing KPIs across campaigns, revenue and ROI
• Manage marketing budget and agency relationships for value delivery
