Qualifications

We’re hiring on behalf of a global consumer goods business that operates across health, wellness, and lifestyle categories. Two exciting brands. One hybrid role. And a chance to make a real impact across EMEA.

The role:

As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll lead campaigns across paid media, social platforms, and digital content, working closely with agencies and internal teams to drive visibility, traffic, and ecommerce performance.

Location:

Hybrid – 3 days in the office (Tonbridge, Kent)

Scope:

UK + EU digital campaigns, with exposure to senior stakeholders

What we’re looking for:
  • 3-5 years in digital marketing (within the Consumer Goods industry)
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta, SEO/PPC/SEM, and analytics tools
