A growing property/real estate firm is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager in central London. The ideal candidate will lead marketing campaigns, optimise digital strategies, and champion customer engagement to drive growth. Experience in the property sector is preferred, and a hybrid working model is available.
Exclusive opportunity for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join a growing property/real estate firm based in central London.
Working collaboratively with the wider marketing team, the Growth Marketing Manager facilitates the delivery of cohesive marketing activity, ensuring that campaigns are amplified appropriately via our website and creative communication.
Customer obsessed and data driven, the successful candidate will champion the voice of the customer, sharing their deep understanding of key target audiences with the wider business, and ensuring that these audiences are reached as effectively as possible.
Property/real estate experience preferred, must be able to start by 1st August
London based, hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 from home
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch and optimise paid campaign strategies across paid social, search display & other relevant channels
Responsible for day to day channel management with the agency support
Implement and lead a structured testing framework for creatives, audiences and bidding strategies to improve CPA and lead volume
Analyse performance across all channels and deliver exceptional reporting, insights and recommendations.
Champion target audiences, ensuring that audience touchpoints are continuously optimised
Work with brand team to share creative insights supporting build of impactful campaign assets
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and wider team to ensure alignment across all marketing and communication efforts
Work with enquiry team to adapt strategies based on enriched enquiry insights, pushing learnings into testing, or into campaign optimisations
Identify and recommend tools, processes or platforms to improve marketing performance and scalability
Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, attribution methodologies and new channel opportunities
Management of significant marketing budgets
Manage advertising opportunities directly via property portals e.g. Rightmove
Skills & experience:
Strong communicator, confident working with leadership and articulating ideas clearly across teams
Strong stakeholder engagement & influencing skills
Automation savvy and fluent in data and always looking to streamline, optimise and scale
Creative growth mindset driven by developing new ideas to test and implement to drive growth and lead volume
6+ years’ experience in a digital marketing or performance marketing role, ideally in the property/real estate sector
Deep understanding of paid search, paid social and display marketing and understanding of other digital channels including DOOH and digital audio.
Experience in optimising campaign creative for effectiveness and scale
Extensive experience in data reporting & insight building
Experience building and implementing test and learn frameworks
Proven experience working cross-functionally to deliver campaigns on time and to budget
Proven experience managing agencies to deliver campaign simultaneously across multiple brands
Significant budget management experience, including complex budget lines
Experience using HubSpot CRM
Exposure to Web CMS systems
Experience managing complex marketing plans
