The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving and growing high quality rental leads for Get Living via strategic digital marketing campaigns.
Data driven and detail focused with a flair for innovation, the Growth Marketing Manager thinks beyond playbooks, tests ideas and delivers measurable results. Working collaboratively with the wider marketing team, the Growth Marketing Manager facilitates the delivery of cohesive marketing activity, ensuring that campaigns are amplified appropriately via our website and creative communication.
Customer-obsessed, the Growth Marketing Manager champions the voice of the customer, sharing their deep understanding of key target audiences with the wider business, and ensuring that these audiences are reached as effectively as possible.
Key Relationships
Internal: Sales & Marketing Director, Brand Manager, Digital Experience Executive, Enquiries team, Customer Experience team, sales team, operations team, finance team.
External: Media agency teams, creative agency teams, property portal account managers
