The Role: As Metomic’s first-ever Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own everything from demand generation and paid media to content, website optimization, and more. Your mission is simple: help us generate high-quality leads that fuel our explosive growth. No fluff—just real, measurable growth.

Your challenge will be to build the right Marketing tactics to engage both with our target Entreprise customers (100-500K$+ ACV), developing ABM initiatives in collaboration with our outbound and partnerships teams, and set a motion to attract mid-market customers (30-100K$ ACV).

You’ll be reporting to the CEO and working closely with our VP of Sales, the sales team, and the product team to ensure that marketing is fuelling real business results. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, iterate, and find the growth tactics that work best. And as the business scales, there’s a real opportunity for you to step into a leadership role.

What You'll Do:

  • Own demand generation: You’ll be responsible for driving qualified leads that fuel our pipeline. Content & SEO are an important channel that you’ll need to improve and develop. You’ll manage and optimize all SEM channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to hit lead-generation goals. You’ll work with Sales and Partnerships to implement ABM campaigns.
  • Craft the digital experience: Own the website and content strategy to ensure everything speaks directly to our target audience and drives conversions.
  • Design our messaging and how we engage the conversation with our CISO customers. Gain a true understanding how our customers’ concerns and develop Marketing assets that resonate with our market, especially around AI & SaaS data security.
  • Work hand-in-hand with sales: Collaborate with the VP of Sales and sales teams to ensure that your efforts align with revenue goals and drive pipeline growth.
  • Be a growth hacker: We want someone who isn’t afraid to try new things, experiment, and push the boundaries of what’s possible to get results.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience of Metomic customer profile: You have worked on Mid-market & Entreprise go-to-market environment and you are familiar with the tone, tactics, levers to engage with senior buyer personas like CIO and CISOs. An experience in cybersecurity is a very strong plus. If you don’t have one, you’ll need to convince us that your experience gives you comparable skills and you are able to learn fast.
  • Experience of Metomic stage: B2B SaaS background, ideally from the Seed -> Series B stage. You know how to drive growth in early-stage companies and can generate leads that turn into real business.
  • Seniority level. We’re looking for talent and potential over a set criteria of experience. However we expect you to come with 1 or 2 relevant tenures in previous Marketing roles, that will give you the background to hit the ground running.
  • A growth mindset: You're obsessed with results and have a track record of executing campaigns that drive pipeline. You live and breathe SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Tech-savvy and hands-on: You’re comfortable with web technologies (Webflow etc) and are always on the lookout for new tools or AI-powered tech to optimize performance.
  • Resourceful and analytical: You can think outside the box, but you also have the analytical skills to measure success and continuously optimize. This is a heavily data-driven job in a company with a high data-driven culture.
  • Self-starter with ambition: You thrive in a startup environment, can take initiative, and love the idea of owning and iterating on a marketing strategy from the ground up.
