You will drive paid acquisition, organic growth, lifecycle marketing, and full-funnel optimization across markets, partnering with Brand, PMM, Sales, RevOps, and Product to deliver measurable results today and compound returns over time.

• 10+ years in growth/performance marketing, ideally B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Experience with PLG and Sales-led models.
• Proven ability to manage senior teams and cross-functional partners.
