Job summary

Bauer Media Group is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive B2B demand for HitsRadioAdvertising.co.uk. You will manage paid search and social, SEO/SEM and email campaigns, while optimising landing pages and user journeys through CRO and testing.

You will monitor budgets and KPIs, analyse competitors, and collaborate with the Customer Engagement and Local Sales teams to ensure lead quality. A strong focus on ROI, analytics and AI-driven improvements is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
• Understanding of B2B lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Experience with GA4, GTM and Looker Studio.
• Analytical, ROI-focused mindset with testing aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver growth strategy for HitsRadioAdvertising.co.uk and drive high-quality B2B demand.
• Manage and optimise paid search, paid social, SEO/SEM and email marketing across relevant channels.
• Optimise landing pages, content and user journeys through CRO, testing and experimentation.
• Monitor budgets, performance and KPIs including CPL, CPA, conversion and pipeline contribution.
• Analyse competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Engagement and Local Sales for lead quality and alignment.
• Provide data-led reporting, insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Use AI, automation and data-driven optimisation to improve campaign performance.
• Ensure activity follows Bauer brand guidelines and GDPR requirements.
