tiney Limited is seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to join a small, fast-growing team. The role is UK-based and remote, with occasional travel to our Central London office. You will work closely with the Head of Growth to run tests, identify high-ROI channels, and build scalable campaigns.

You will craft messages, land messaging that converts, and measure impact with data. Expect a fast-paced environment with strong support and a chance to learn growth marketing from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Experience with growth/analytics or revenue-focused roles.
• Ability to run and interpret experiments to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Run scrappy growth experiments across channels and measure ROI.
• Size opportunities and assess ROI before betting on them.
• Define success metrics and analyze data to identify drivers of growth.
• Execute end-to-end outreach and content to launch campaigns.
