Job summary

Neutreeno is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own the marketing metrics and build a scalable engine that connects marketing to measurable business outcomes. You’ll start from scratch, shipping measurement infrastructure, content, and initial paid campaigns.

Lead a data-driven, high-ownership marketing function in partnership with leadership and brand partners. Expect a hybrid setup with strong autonomy and a focus on demand generation.

Qualifications

• First or second marketing hire at a startup with full ownership.
• 6+ years in the full marketing lifecycle at fast-growing tech companies (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Proven track record of connecting marketing to MQLs and revenue.
• Strong writing ability for a challenger brand; copy is strategic.
• Daily use of AI tools to speed production without sacrificing quality.
• Able to translate complex technical ideas for mixed audiences.
• Comfortable partnering with leadership as a thought partner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the build and rollout of a working attribution model and measurement dashboard grounded in data.
• Own the weekly marketing performance and optimisation reports.
• Run paid campaigns end-to-end each quarter: planning, execution, retrospection.
• Publish long-form content monthly translating Neutreeno's science into commercial language.
• Build case studies and customer stories to position offerings and close deals.
• Build a PR framework to secure speaking slots, media placements, or podcasts.
