Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Funnel engineering: analyse data across the full customer acquisition journey and identify drop-offs
• Rapid experimentation: design, launch and manage structured A/B and multivariate tests
• Lead-to-opportunity acceleration: optimise visitor-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity pathways across the marketing stack
• Brand stewardship: ensure alignment with global brand voice and visual standards
• Narrative optimization: translate complex tech offerings into clear, human-centric copy
• Asset management: collaborate on high-performing marketing assets reflecting corporate aesthetic
• Metric ownership: track and report key marketing indicators such as CAC, LTV, Share of Search, organic traffic
• Insight generation: turn data from GA4, heatmaps and CRM dashboards into actionable recommendations
• Local event activation: support planning and follow-up for local/regional events with measurable leads
• Budget efficiency: optimize paid and organic spend to maximise ROI
• Other related duties as required
