Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking a Growth Marketer to help us reach B2C brands and turn attention into signups and customers. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role with room to experiment across channels—from paid ads to SEO and outbound strategies.

You will own a growth channel end‑to‑end, run experiments, build funnels, and analyse results with the founder on positioning. AI tools and data will drive decisions as we scale in Europe.

• Experience with AI tools for research, copy, targeting, automation, and speed

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end—set strategy, run campaigns, and own results
• Generate leads and drive signups across paid, SEO, outbound and referrals
• Run experiments fast—test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; scale what works
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert and obsess over metrics
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and where to point growth efforts next
• Track everything and tell a data-driven story about outcomes
