Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short-term rental businesses. We are looking for a Founding Growth Marketer to reach operators and property managers, turning attention into demo bookings, qualified leads, and customers.

This hands-on role works directly with the founder, allows ownership from day one, and requires experimentation across channels, AI-enabled growth, and a relentless focus on commercial results.

Qualifications

• Fast learner who can own growth channels end to end.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or hospitality tech is a plus.
• Comfortable experimenting and scaling successful ideas.
• Able to work directly with founder and shape market messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end or multiple channels.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings.
• Understand customers and their pain points.
• Run rapid experiments and scale what works.
• Build and optimize funnels and landing pages.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, and automation.
• Track performance and explain insights.
