Growth Marketing Manager - £70-90k + Equity – B2B SaaS - Hybrid (3 days, London)

We’re working with a rapidly expanding B2B SaaS company that offers a global financial compliance solution for eCommerce merchants, SaaS businesses, and companies trading internationally. Their innovative platform helps businesses streamline complex financial compliance processes, freeing up valuable time for founders, CFOs, and operators to focus on growth.

As the company continues its impressive expansion, they’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager / Growth Marketer to lead their demand generation and performance marketing efforts. You must have experience with b2b SaaS with quick sale cycles. International experience (US) is a big plus.

This is a permanent, full-time, hybrid position in central London (Zone 1), with 2-3 days per week in office.

The Growth Marketer will:

  • Develop, implement, and optimise multi-channel paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
  • Manage a substantial paid media budget ($1M+) while focusing on optimising CAC and ROAS
  • Design and execute lead nurturing workflows using HubSpot or similar CRM tools

The Growth Marketer should have the following experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation for a B2B SaaS company.
  • Worked with a complex b2b SaaS product.
  • Quick sale cycles.
  • International experience, ideally US markets, is ideal, not essential.
