Job summary

TradingView Inc. seeks a Growth Manager to drive product adoption and manage complex B2B sales lifecycles within the Turkish market. You will partner with financial institutions and fintech clients, craft tailored proposals, and lead onboarding while shaping regional strategy.

You will build deep market relationships, collect insights for product optimization, and maintain a relentless growth mindset in a fast-paced, remote setup.

Qualifications

• Native or professional fluency in Turkish is required, alongside excellent professional English.
• Industry Experience: B2B sales, account management, or business development with financial institutions, fintech, or SaaS.
• Self-starter with a partnership-first mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Highly organized with strong time management and deadline discipline.
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Competent in Microsoft Office, Slack, and collaboration tools.
• Thrives in a flexible, fast-paced working schedule.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop outbound client pipelines while managing inbound partnership requests.
• Craft tailored proposals and high-impact pitches for financial institutions with a consultative approach.
• Lead clients through technical onboarding and review/response processes for seamless communication.
• Collect customer insights and share findings to drive product optimization.
• Own a test-and-learn methodology to optimize acquisition and engagement strategies.
• Build brand recognition and trust with customers and partners in the designated region.
