Job Summary:

We seek a results-driven Project Manager to manage growth initiatives across audience, conversion and retention. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, CRO and data, ensuring timely delivery of strategic growth projects that drive innovation and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute cross-functional growth initiatives across multiple markets.
  • Establish and standardise project management practices and methodologies to ensure alignment with overall objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, CRM, and analytics teams to facilitate effective communication and drive growth opportunities.
  • Champion continuous feedback in project delivery to improve results.
  • Offer strategic guidance and support to teams and department heads.
  • Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and deliver project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all initiatives adhere to applicable US/UK gambling regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of licensing and advertising compliance requirements.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, assess competitor activities, and uncover opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Project management experience, preferably in gambling or digital B2C.
  • Strong command of project management methodologies and tools, with proven hands-on experience leading multiple cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven track record in driving user growth and conversion through project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of product delivery, marketing funnels, acquisition channels, and retention strategies.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
