We are looking for a collaborative pitch driver to join our tight knit UK Growth team and play a key lead in the growth of VML UK.
Working in VML’s integrated new business and marketing team, you will partner closely with all departments across the business, the leadership team and UK Group Chief Growth Officer.
As New Business Manager, you will be a key player in driving pitches (both Organic and New Business) end to end, involved in all areas of pitch management, whilst running key business development initiatives.
The attitude and approach to this role is, in many ways, as important as the experience and skills you possess – you will need to be a self-starter and be prepared to interface with all departments in the agency to gather the support required. The right candidate will need to possess bags of energy and drive and demonstrate a passion for developing the agency and new business. Outstanding organisational skills are an absolute essential – as are forward planning and attention to detail. The ability to manage complex workloads and absolute adherence to deadlines are key.
