Job summary

AIM Smarter in Manchester is seeking an experienced growth and lifecycle marketer to ensure campaigns reach the right people at the right moment. You will own HubSpot-driven segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and performance tracking to improve acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.

Collaborating with Brand and content teams, you will transform signal into measurable results across email, paid and community channels.

Qualifications

3+ years in growth, lifecycle or performance-led marketing, ideally SaaS/platform/marketplace.
Hands-on HubSpot experience with building lists, segmentation, workflows, email campaigns, lifecycle stages, automation and reporting.
Strong email and CRM marketing experience including audience segmentation, targeting, nurture journeys, testing and optimisation.
Strong analytical ability; comfortable with campaign performance, CRM data, funnels, cohorts and customer behaviour.
Proven ownership of both acquisition and retention and driving measurable growth.

Responsibilities

Build infrastructure and strategy to reach AIM Smarter's audiences effectively.
Own HubSpot as a marketing tool: create segments, lifecycle logic, automated journeys and data-informed campaigns.
Develop and optimise email programmes based on customer behaviour.
Decide distribution across email, paid, organic, partner, event and community channels.
Map the journey from first interaction to retention and identify drop-offs.
Measure outcomes beyond opens/clicks to assess behaviour changes and business impact.
Communicate findings and recommendations back to the business.
