Job summary

FOCUS 5 RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking a Referral & Affiliate Programme Manager in Leeds to own and grow a high-performing referral and affiliate strategy that drives new customers. You will build the platform, design campaigns and partner propositions, and use data to optimise performance and growth.

You’ll test approaches, analyse results and report on acquisition metrics, with success measured by new customers, referrals and incremental revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in referral, affiliate, performance, direct or digital marketing.
• Commercial mindset with measurable results.
• Enjoys data and using insight to improve performance.
• Experience developing campaigns and testing approaches.
• Excel/spreadsheet skills and data analysis ability.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the company's referral and affiliate programme
• Create strategies that encourage existing customers to refer new customers
• Develop campaigns, incentives and communications to maximise referral activity
• Identify new referral and affiliate opportunities across relevant channels
• Manage and optimise the referral platform and associated processes
• Develop a full-mix marketing strategy to drive programme participation
• Analyse customer, referral and campaign data to identify growth opportunities; track acquisition, conversion, ROI and incremental customer numbers
• Test different propositions and campaigns and use results to continually optimise performance
• Produce regular performance reporting and recommendations
• Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure referral activity supports wider acquisition objectives
• Build relationships with relevant external partners and affiliates
• Continually look for new ways to increase the volume and quality of referred customers
