PetLabCo. seeks a Paid Search & YouTube Lead to own strategy and execution across Google and Bing ads in London. You will drive new customer acquisition, cross-sell opportunities, and loyalty programs while leveraging AI-powered search and LLM insights.

You'll collaborate with content, SEO, and ecommerce teams to improve product discovery, optimise campaigns, and scale PPC programs for a fast-growing D2C brand.

Formación

• 5+ years in performance marketing or paid media management.
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Display.
• Experience with AI-powered search and LLMs for marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategies across Google/Bing paid search, YouTube, andDisplay to scale new customer acquisition.
• Manage GMC feed/product performance and Google Shopping growth.
• Use analytics to optimize CPA and ROAS with monthly budgets of $450K+ (as applicable).
• Drive cross-sells and loyalty through retargeting and cross-channel alignment.
• Collaborate with content, SEO, ecommerce, and CRO teams on cohesive campaigns.
