COREcruitment is seeking a Projects & Growth Lead for a central ops role in retail/QSR hospitality. This is a hands-on, commercial position at a fast-scaling, multi-site business.

You’ll own major revenue programs end-to-end, drive rollout of new service categories, optimise pricing and conversion, and align marketing, ops and finance across sites. You’ll work without formal authority, building scalable playbooks as the estate scales.

Responsibilities

• Owning a major revenue programme end-to-end across multi-site sites, removing blockers to growth.
• Rolling out new service categories from pilot to full rollout, building the operational playbook.
• Driving commercial optimisation: pricing, conversion, packaging, revenue leakage.
• Managing multiple growth initiatives, aligning marketing, ops, finance and tech.
