• Must have CEO/MD/COO experience in multi-site hospitality.
• Full P&L accountability with a track record of profitable growth.
• Proven experience opening new sites and scaling estates across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business and senior leadership team, reporting to the board and shareholders.
• Own the strategy, P&L and commercial performance of the whole estate.
• Drive the roll-out, including site selection, new openings and entry into new regions.
• Protect and develop the brand and guest experience as the business scales.
• Build the people, structure and systems needed for the next stage of growth.
• Represent the business with investors, landlords, partners and the wider industry.
