Afina is seeking a hands-on Head of Growth – Europe to own the DTC growth engine for Europe, leveraging Shopify and paid ads. You will be accountable for a 100% YoY growth target, owning the P&L and collaborating with ops, creative, email/SMS, and wholesale teams.

You will lead a small, high-output growth team or trusted network of specialists as European revenue scales. This is a remote position with global impact.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of paid, hands-on growth/performance marketing or e-commerce for D2C brands.
• Experience owning full-growth P&L and driving YoY growth is beneficial.
• Ability to build and optimise landing pages, funnels, and offers.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full DTC/Shopify growth engine for Europe and hit 100% YoY channel growth.
• Scale Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels profitably with new angles and audiences.
• Lead creative strategy and develop thumb-stopping ads and variants.
• Build high-converting pages, funnels and offers and run ads + pages + offers together.
• Run structured tests for creative, offers, audiences and landing pages.
