Job summary

Afina is seeking a Head of Growth – Europe to own the full DTC / Shopify growth engine for Europe and to achieve a 100% YoY channel growth, profitably.

You will own the European DTC growth P&L and work closely with operations, creative production, email / SMS, and wholesale teams.

This remote role requires a hands-on, data-driven growth mindset and the ability to build a high-output team as European revenue scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid growth/marketing or ecommerce for D2C brands.
• AI-enabled approach to ad creation and reporting.
• Hands-on operator who builds in ad accounts, pages, and spreadsheets.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven track record of profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the Europe DTC growth engine to hit 100% YoY.
• Manage PPC across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging channels.
• Lead creative strategy and produce thumb-stopping ads.
• Build and optimize pages, funnels, and offers.
• Run structured tests across creative, offers, audiences.
• Own ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV and margins; tell data-driven stories.
