United States Digital Space LLC in the United Kingdom seeks an Organic Growth, AI Search & Content Strategy Manager to drive growth across SEO, content and AI-powered discovery. You will own the organic growth strategy, collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and subject‑matter experts to shape editorial strategy, strengthen technical foundations, and define the company’s market POV.

Qualifications

6+ years in SEO, organic growth, digital marketing, or content strategy.
2+ years leading organic strategy or content program.
Strong technical, on-page and off-page SEO experience.
Understanding AI-powered search and answer engines.
Excellent writing, editing, and editorial judgment.
Ability to connect organic performance to engagement, conversion, pipeline, and revenue.
Comfort partnering with Product, Engineering, Web, and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own organic growth strategy across search, content, and AI-powered discovery channels.
Define goals, KPIs, and reporting for traffic, keyword performance, brand visibility, and pipeline.
Identify high-value opportunities via keyword research, insights, and competitive analysis.
Develop strategies for AI search visibility and answer engines.
Lead end-to-end SEO across technical, on-page, and off-page efforts.
Oversee content strategy, editorial direction, and distribution to maximize impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate expertise and leadership.
