• Experience in strategy, commercial analysis, market intelligence or related field.
• Strong ability to convert data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
• Experience building dashboards and decision-support tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a commercial intelligence pilot focusing on a key market, jurisdiction or practice area.
• Analyse client, revenue, market and competitor data to identify growth opportunities, risks and gaps.
• Develop frameworks to prioritise key clients, law firms, sectors and markets.
• Gather insight from stakeholders to complement quantitative analysis with market intelligence.
• Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Develop scalable methodology to embed commercial intelligence across the organisation.
• Deliver a Board-level report and implementation roadmap at project end.
