Job summary

Global 4 Group in Horsham is seeking a Commercial Insights Analyst to turn performance data into actionable insights that drive growth across sales, marketing, acquisition, and retention. You will analyse performance and deliver dashboards and reports to support data-led decisions and measurable improvements across multiple touchpoints.

Strong SQL, Power BI and Advanced Excel skills are essential; experience with Google Analytics and Azure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data/commercial/reporting/insights roles with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong technical and analytical capability using SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel, GA, Azure and AI-driven tools to interrogate data and build reports.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and opportunities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to present data to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales, marketing, retention, and operations data to identify trends and drivers of performance.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and other areas to identify efficiencies and support data-led strategies.
• Translate analysis into actionable recommendations to improve customer outcomes and drive growth.
