Compare the Market is hiring a Senior Product Manager to identify and deliver opportunities that improve customer experience and drive sustainable growth across our digital experiences. Qualifications

• Strong Senior Product Manager experience within a customer-led, digital product or growth environment.
• A track record of improving customer journeys and delivering measurable commercial or growth outcomes.
• Strong customer experience expertise, ideally across web, app or other high-volume digital journeys.
• Commercial acumen and an understanding of how product decisions affect growth, customer value and overall business performance.
• Experience using experimentation, customer insight and product data to identify opportunities and inform prioritisation.
• The ability to build compelling business cases and make confident trade-offs between customer, commercial and delivery considerations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience partnering with commercial and customer-facing teams.
• The independence and resilience to operate through ambiguity, challenge constructively and establish direction.
• A hands-on approach, combining strategic thinking with the willingness to get close to the customer problem and drive delivery.
• Experience in FinTech, insurance, marketplaces, digital consumer products or another commercially focused product environment could be valuable, but we're more interested in your ability to create excellent customer experiences that deliver measurable business value.

• Shape and own a product strategy and roadmap focused on improving customer experience and driving sustainable growth.
• Identify opportunities across the customer journey using insight and data to prioritise impact.
• Lead experimentation across digital experiences and scale successful tests.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviour, needs and friction points.
• Build strong commercial cases for investment balancing value, growth and delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Commercial and Marketing to realise opportunities.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align priorities across teams.
• Lead initiatives from discovery through delivery and optimisation toward outcomes.
• Coach and share best practices to uplift product craft across teams.
