Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator on behalf of a growing electrical contractor in Croydon. This permanent, full-time role focuses on supporting commercial activities across the business, including sales administration, marketing support, and social media management, with light front-of-house duties.

The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and creative, able to handle a varied workload across testing, inspection and installation projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, sales support, marketing, or a similar commercial role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident telephone manner and professional approach.
• Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing administration.

Responsibilities

• Social selling, CRM & sales support.
• Maintaining a database of accurate prospect and customer records.
• Handling inbound sales enquiries by phone and email.
• Managing enquiry inboxes and allocating leads.
• Scheduling and publishing social media content.
• Building and sending email campaigns.
• Ensuring the website is up to date.
