Job summary

Autotrader in Manchester is hiring Sales Executives to lead onboarding for new or re-engaged customers, typically during their first 3 months. You will manage around 50 customers, delivering product walkthroughs and training to maximise advert responses and ROI.

You’ll identify growth opportunities through consultative discussions, work with Account Managers for smooth handovers, and handle daily admin tasks, with a clear path to Account Manager roles and a collaborative hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Sales, retention, or onboarding background in B2B or B2C environments.
• Experience meeting targets, hitting KPIs, and identifying growth.
• Ability to take complex product features or data insights and explain these simply.
• Empathy, strong active listening, and influence.
• Strong time-management and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding journey for new or re-engaged customers during their first 3 months.
• Deliver interactive product walkthroughs and platform training to maximise advert responses.
• Provide consultative guidance to spot growth opportunities and drive revenue.
• Collaborate with Account Managers for seamless handovers and long-term relationships.
• Handle essential day-to-day administration to keep workflows running smoothly.
