Job summary

Domus Recruitment is working with a specialist care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to oversee community-based packages across the West Midlands. A strong team of care staff and nurses are available to support growth, with established ICB contacts to identify new opportunities.

The role focuses on developing the service, managing the diary, and ensuring high standards of care in line with CQC requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing TDDI packages.
• Strong experience within clinical complex care.
• Experience managing community-based care packages.
• Proven track record of managing a CQC-registered service.
• Proven track record of developing and growing a service.
• Strong relationships within the care and healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage the existing community care packages across the West Midlands.
• Develop and grow the number of community packages.
• Utilise existing ICB contacts to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Build on the provider's existing nursing, supported living and specialist services.
• Work with nursing and care staff to support new packages.
• Ensure the service operates in line with CQC requirements and maintains high standards of care and compliance.
• Take ownership of the service and manage your own diary.
• Work closely with the Director on the continued growth of the business.
