Domus Recruitment are working with a specialist care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to take responsibility for their community-based packages across the West Midlands.

The role offers £50,000 - £70,000 salary, plus a lucrative bonus, 33 days annual leave and Monday to Friday working. You will manage your own diary and drive growth of existing and new packages, ensuring high standards of care and CQC compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing TDDI packages
• Strong experience within clinical complex care
• Experience managing community-based care packages
• Proven track record of successfully managing a CQC-registered service
• Proven track record of developing and growing a service
• Strong existing relationships within the care and healthcare sector

Responsibilities

• Manage the existing community care packages across the West Midlands
• Develop and grow the number of community packages
• Utilise existing ICB contacts to identify and develop new opportunities
• Build on the provider's existing nursing, supported living and specialist services
• Work with nursing and care staff to support new packages
• Ensure the service operates in line with CQC requirements and maintains high standards of care and compliance
• Take ownership of the service and manage your own diary
• Work closely with the Director on continued growth of the business

Domus Recruitment are working with a specialist care provider to recruit an experienced Manager to take responsibility for their community-based packages across the West Midlands.

The provider currently has a strong team of care staff ready to support growth and 5 nurses on standby. The business has also successfully delivered nursing, supported living and specialist services and has established contacts within the ICB.

This is an opportunity to develop the business, utilise the existing relationships and grow the number of community packages.

They are looking for a self-starter with a proven track record who can work independently, manage their own diary and take ownership of developing the service.

Registered Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the existing community care packages across the West Midlands

Essential Requirements:

• Essential experience managing TDDI packages
• Strong experience within clinical complex care
• Experience managing community-based care packages
• Proven track record of successfully managing a CQC-registered service.
• Proven track record of developing and growing a service
• Strong existing relationships within the care and healthcare sector
• Confident working independently and managing your own diary
• A strong self-starter with the drive to develop the business

You do not need to be a nurse for this role
