Job summary

Pertemps Crawley Perms is looking for a Production & Order Coordinator to join their team near Horsham. You will manage orders from quotes through to delivery, coordinating with production and updating the CRM while keeping customers informed.

Ideal candidates will have order processing or coordination experience, strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Office-based role with training and clear progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing or coordination roles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple orders at pace and priorities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Comfortable liaising with customers and internal teams.
• Good IT/system skills and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Taking approved quotes through to order, checking details are accurate and compliant before processing.
• Checking specifications, materials and relevant requirements to ensure orders are correct.
• Processing orders and updating the CRM/system with all relevant information.
• Coordinating orders through the various stages of production.
• Liaising closely with the production team to monitor progress and timescales.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the process and managing any queries or changes.
• Working in a fast-paced, reactive environment where attention to detail is key.
• Ensuring orders progress smoothly through to completion and delivery.
