OMD UK is seeking an Executive Performance Integration Director to lead performance marketing across multiple client accounts. You will oversee planning, buying, and activation across paid search, social, programmatic and video, driving growth with data-driven strategies and innovative measurement platforms.

The role requires a proven track record in leading big teams, managing budgets and delivering client outcomes.

Qualificações

Extensive experience in performance marketing and digital activation within an agency or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of key channels and platforms.

Responsabilidades

Act as the senior performance lead and trusted advisor across client accounts.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams across planning, buying and activation.
Drive performance marketing strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and Online Video.
Champions innovation through testing and adoption of emerging channels and measurement solutions.
Ensure delivery of client performance objectives through optimisation and campaign execution.
Oversee audience strategy and activation using data-driven approaches and proprietary tech.
Provide strategic guidance, quality assurance and escalation support for campaigns.
Develop and mentor team members through coaching and training.
Drive cross-functional integration with planning, data, tech and media teams.
